Community Partner Involvement
ABC NorCal partners with community-based organizations across California to assist them in serving the needs of their clients relative to career opportunities. ABC NorCal introduces the construction industry and offers access to over 500 employers looking to hire.
Frequently, this collaboration leads to offering construction pre-apprenticeship and craft trainee certification courses. We lay the groundwork for new careers in the skilled trades. Our community partners identify the need and construction trades have been a vital part of the mission.
