Government Action Groups
The Government Action Groups monitor political initiatives, legislation, and candidates to provide strategic guidance and assist the ABC NorCal Board of Directors. The committee may assist in the forming of grassroots efforts and fundraising.
HERO Group
The HERO Group is focused on discussing workforce challenges, including Hiring, Onboarding, Diversity, Equity, Training and Retaining. It is designed for HR and Operations professionals with workforce responsibilities. This group will direct the chapter’s efforts to help members hire and retain a skilled workforce.
Membership Ambassadors
Membership Ambassadors will be a point of contact for new and current members. This program is designed to provide an opportunity for members to develop valued relationships and advance their personal and professional goals.
NextGen Leaders
This group of individuals will come together in educational and social settings to discuss ways to help lead positive change in our industry.
Safety Peer Group
The Safety Peer Group is designed to help members understand the importance of leadership commitment, cultural transformation and safety management processes in achieving a zero-incident jobsite.
