ABC NorCal partners with community-based organizations across California to assist them in serving the needs of their clients relative to career opportunities. Frequently, this collaboration leads to offering construction pre-apprenticeship and craft trainee certification courses.

ABC NorCal partners with industry professionals, contractors, community-based organizations, and schools (K-12 and universities) to identify the current and next generation of skilled trades professionals and leaders looking for new career employment.
